What Overlaps Is

Overlaps is a pre-event networking tool that helps you discover interesting people before events. It works with Luma event pages via a Chrome extension and a web application.

Acceptable Use

• Use Overlaps for personal networking at events you attend
• Do not use Overlaps to scrape, export, or resell guest data
• Do not use Overlaps to harass, spam, or stalk other attendees
• Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls

Service Limitations

• Only works with Luma events where you are an accepted guest
• Requires Google Chrome with the Overlaps extension installed
• Match suggestions are AI-generated and best-effort — accuracy is not guaranteed
• Guest data depends on what attendees share publicly on Luma

Your Data

You own your data. We process it to provide the service. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Liability

Overlaps is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for missed connections, inaccurate match suggestions, or service interruptions. Use your own judgment when meeting people at events.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
